MBT HM&H is the hospitality arm of MBT Development, a company that was established ten years ago.
Time has come now to expand the activities of MBT Development with the owners ambitious plans to develop and acquire hotels across the UAE and the GCC in the coming five years.
MBT HM&H will focus in the forthcoming five years on developing and acquiring mid-scale hotels in the UAE as we believe the market is bombarded with luxury and premium hotels. To begin with MBT HM& H is to officially announce soon its first 219 rooms mid-scale hotel in Barsha Heights 2 in Dubai. The hotel will be opened in 2021 and construction will start imminently.
Other new acquisitions are being finalized and soon to be announced. MBT HM& H will then move to the next level and introduce innovative hotels that offer much more than just excellent services, we aim at introducing innovative experiences that stays in the hearts and minds of our customers, why not, since this is what the leaders of the UAE have always thought and inspired us to do; WORKING OUTSIDE THE BOX.
