MBT Property Management L.L.C. is a new division designed to develop and manage all new mix-use and commercial buildings.

The first project under development is an office tower in “Saraya”; the master plan by Al Dar currently opposite Abu Dhabi Sheraton Hotel.

A complete new approach has been adopted while planning the tower. We do things based on the demand of the market and our commercial decisions are taking into consideration the status of business currently and massive supply in the market . However, we will come up with an unprecedented concept that will make the middle – young companies welcome the project and want to take part in it. We promise we will bring the office towers in Abu Dhabi to a new height. Watch out!
