MBT Development has been established since 2009. The company started its journey with investment in real estate and has acquired since then many commercial and residential plots as well as commercial buildings.

After nearly a decade and once MBT Development has established a solid ground in the real-estates sector, the board of directors decided to expand its wings to a new Height by entering the hotel development and hospitality industry in 2018 as well as the development of mix-use commercial buildings.

MBT Development thrives to excel while developing the business in different unique directions. It also promises to contribute to growing the economy of the Abu Dhabi and the UAE by creating job opportunities to the young UAE citizens and the youth in general , who will be encouraged to take part in developing all its activities; it’s one criteria that that we sat while building the company.
